What time do we have to be there on Thursday?

Team registration starts at 5pm. This is followed by a small welcome word and dinner.

Can we book a suite upgrade?

Yes simply add a comment at the sign-up form or contact us and we will get in touch with your options.

Can you help us organize a suitable car?

Yes we can help you with a suitable rental car. Contact us for more information.

Who should I inform about food allergies?

Please notify us prior to the tour.

I want to book two single rooms is that possible?

Yes, simply tag the box in the sign-up form and we will be in touch.

What is the cancelation policy?

You can cancel up to 1 month prior to the event. We will only charge your deposit as cancellation fee.

Is there a dress code for the dinners and party?

There is no dress code but feel free to wear Smart Casual to the dinners and party.

Can you arrange transport for our car to- and from start / finish?

Yes, contact us and we will support you the best way possible.

Is the event covered with photo / video?

Yes we will have a full media team taking photos and videos of the event for you to enjoy after the tour.

Can I wrap my car before the tour?

Yes feel free to wrap your car in a cool color or special theme. Contact us for more information.
